What are my return options?

  • We currently only accept returns via mail. Free return shipping labels are provided for both UK and international returns.

 

What is your returns window?

  • You have up to 30 days from the date of order delivery to return your item. Once your return request is approved, you will have an additional 14 days to ship it back.

 

  • We may, at our discretion, accept returns that are sent outside of the returns window. In such cases, the return may be refunded as store credits. 

 

How can I ensure my return is accepted?

  • To ensure a successful return, please read and adhere to our returns policy.

 

  • Please note that items must be returned in its original condition with its original tags, seals, stickers, ribbons and in the original packaging.

 

  • All clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume.

How soon will I receive my refund?

  • After we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm we have received it. We will also confirm the approval or rejection of your return.

 

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be returned to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days (depending on the processing time of your financial institution).

 

How do I Return or Exchange?

  • Start a return at the top of this page. Select the item you would like to return, and if it's an exchange, choose the new item you want. Once your return is received and accepted, we will either charge or refund the price difference and dispatch your new item.

 

  • You will receive an email confirmation (with the free return shipping label), once the return request is approved.

 

  • Gift cards, free or promotional items are non-returnable.
